1. The Pact
By launching Witch Hunt at aerovandrelix.site (“the Game”), you enter into a binding pact with its keepers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern every flight, catch, and combo you perform. If any clause conflicts with your conscience, kindly remain grounded.
2. The Hunt Itself
Witch Hunt is a browser-based arcade experience offered free of charge. Your objective is to steer a broomstick, collect falling spell ingredients, and build unstoppable combos. All visual elements, scoring logic, and incantations are provided for entertainment only. We reserve the right to alter drop rates, difficulty curves, or the entire sky without prior notice.
3. Who May Fly
You must be at least 13 years old to take to the skies unaccompanied. Younger apprentices may watch, but only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By clicking “Mount the Broomstick!”, you certify that you meet this requirement.
4. Forbidden Hexes
The following conduct is strictly prohibited within the Game:
- Deploying scripts, macros, autoclickers, or any automated means to artificially inflate scores or manipulate combo multipliers;
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the Game’s source code, assets, or audio for redistribution or commercial exploitation;
- Interfering with the Game’s servers, canvas rendering, or local storage mechanisms through injection attacks or similar sorcery;
- Impersonating another player, staff member, or entity;
- Using the Game as a vehicle for unsolicited advertising, phishing, or distribution of malicious software.
5. Ownership of the Spells
All code, artwork, typography, sound design, and game mechanics within Witch Hunt are the exclusive intellectual property of the Game’s operator or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law worldwide. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game in your browser. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Game without express written permission.
6. No Guarantee of Clear Skies
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the broomstick will always respond flawlessly, that stars will never despawn unexpectedly, or that the experience will be free of glitches. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Witch Hunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost scores, broken combos, or emotional distress from a missed rare drop—arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Game operator, its affiliates, and their respective officers from any claim, damage, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Game operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions that would apply the law of another jurisdiction.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, much like a combo chain that survives a single missed ingredient.
11. Changes to the Pact
We may revise these Terms as the constellations shift. Notice of material changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date below will be refreshed. Your continued flight after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
